ADCO Contracting and Civil Engineering Ltd will conduct all their activities in such a manner as to take foremost
account of the Health and Safety of its’ employees, contractors, and all those effected by the Company’s
activities.
This statement is drawn up in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety,
Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007, the Safety, Health and Welfare
(Construction) Regulations 2013 as well as statutory provisions and codes of practice.
ADCO aim to eliminate all work related injuries and illnesses and provide all reasonable resources practicable to
achieve this aim.
It is ADCO company policy to put in place a system to identify hazards and associated risks and to establish
procedures for eliminating such risks as well as ensuring that safe systems of work are devised and
implemented. The company will ensure that systems are in place to ensure that all work structures, plant and
equipment are safely designed maintained and managed.
ADCO Contracting and Civil Engineering Ltd, actively pursues this policy through:
- Safeguard the Safety, health and Welfare of employees (full and part time), contractors, visitors and anyone, that may be affected by our operations.
- Strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in personal injuries, ill health, fires, security losses and /or damage to property.
- Establish, document and maintain EHS procedures to assist in compliance with the policy, relevant statutory legislation.
- Strategies and action plans with quantitative targets for improvement. - A continuous improvement policy involving regular review of Safety procedures and systems of work and our safety management system.
ADCO Contracting and Civil Engineering Ltd is committed to assessing the implications of complying fully with its
Health and Safety commitments before entering into new activities.
Each employee is required to be aware of the Safety Procedures as laid down in the Safety Statement and is
encouraged to contribute to all safety programs. The Company acknowledges the Safety Representative as
defined under the Safety, Health Welfare at Work Act 2005.

Merck Sharp & Dohme.
