PROJECT NAME:  BELFIUS BANK, SHELBOURNE ROAD, BALLSBRIDGE, DUBLIN 4

KEY INFORMATION

ADCO were contracted to complete a full Internal & IT fit out for Belfius Bank to include; Directors Offices, Meeting Rooms, Comms & Printer/Store Rooms, and Kitchenette area.

Challenges Faced
- Works took place in an existing live building with commercial tenants on existing floors.
- Client was anxious to move in as soon as possible due to their current lease arrangement. ADCO was requested to exceed the contract program.
- The IT equipment and installation had to be a very high standard for the end user, which had long lead terms on certain equipment. Exceptional care was required working alongside Belfius IT team and the suppliers on daily and weekly basis.

 
Innovations
- Slimline UPS and Server Equipment sourced to accommodate tight floor space within comms room.
- High end Bene Glass Partitions from Austria was sourced and installed to create an open plan/ bright  environment as per the clients requirements.


Successes
- The project was completed 1 week ahead of Contract program to allow the client expedite their move ahead of scheduled.
- The project was finished to a very high standard finish, which allowed an easy transition between ADCO and client and eliminate unnecessary hold ups.
- The ADCO team worked closely with the clients architect high standard of finishes to ensure the project objectives were achieved.
